At Wiz Lees Fitness we specialise in functional fitness where you can workout anywhere at anytime. This is training that will help you out in the real world no matter what your age. Training that will help you move better, feel better and as a side benefit, look a whole lot better. You will be a person that not only looks fit, but you will actually be fit.

How does this work ?
EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO GET STRONGER & FITTER IN YOUR POCKET. ANYTIME, ANYPLACE
As soon as you commit we begin planning, during this time you will be prompted to download the mobile app and complete our consultation questionnaire to let us know your goals. You will also be asked to connect the app to your fitness tracker (optional) to allow accurate body stat and habit tracking. The individual programme will comprise of a progressively series of phases for all levels so no matter your starting point, beginner or advanced we will create a personalised programme for you.
All workouts assigned to you are available on the mobile app along with relevant timers and instructions. These are accompanied with in app videos, from our extensive library of us demonstrating each exercise, talking you through the correct form as if we are in the room with you. Workouts are individually personalised depending on the exercise equipment you have available .
We adopt a flexible dieting approach to our nutrition guidance with an aim to re-educate your relationship with food rather than restrict. We will calculate and give you realistic daily nutrition target. With the mobile apps connection to popular third party applications you have the ability to track your nutrition and we have the ability to monitor a guide you throughout your programme. We also have an easy pic'n'mix meal plan option that has been calculated for you to reach your daily targets.
We are here for you! Through the app we can track your progress day to day and we will reach out to you via the in app messenger and if you need anything adjusted, or amended just let us know. It really is everything in one place. You will also gain access to our VIP Facebook group full of like minded positive people. Support and encouragement is really our thing!
Is online personal training right for me ?
