Terms & Conditions

Fitness Classes (inc virtual workouts)

Attire: Client must wear comfortable workout attire, including, but not limited to, clean T-shirts, vests, shorts, tights, sweats, and/or tracksuits. Athletic shoes must be supportive and functional. Workout gloves are optional. Please do not hesitate to ask Trainer for advice on what type of clothing and shoes is appropriate.

 

Stopping Exercises: Client may refuse or stop any exercise for any reason. It is Client's responsibility to notify Trainer of any discomfort or pain arising from or during exercise, as well as, any and all other known limitations Client has or experiences so that Trainer may accommodate Client and substitute another exercise to work that particular muscle group.

 

Payment: For pre-booked classes payment must be made one week in advance in person or anytime up until 5 hours before the session, subject to availability.

 

Cancellation:  There is no refund given for either cancellation or "no show" by the Client.  The position is also non-transferable to another client or another training session.

Personal Training

Commitment: By purchasing Sessions, Client is making a commitment to his/her health. Clients should follow the program and instructions of Trainer to the best of their ability to maximize their results and better achieve their goals. Remember, the ultimate results are up to the Client: Trainer will show Client how to work their muscles correctly and encourage him/her to go to his/her safe limit, but Client is the only one who can make sure he/she works out consistently, eats properly, gets plenty of sleep, and lives a healthy lifestyle.

 

Punctuality: Client shall be attired as discussed below and ready to train at the time specified in paragraph 2. Failure to be prepared to train may result in a shortened workout or possible cancellation of the Session.  If a training session time needs changing, please notify your trainer the (one) week before training session.If a client is fifteen (15) minutes late for a training session and has not notified the trainer the client will be considered a “No show” and the client will be charged for the none participated session.

Payment: Deposit of one (1) week session required to secure training slot. Training Sessions are booked in ten (10) week blocks with payment required for the first five (5) week block prior to the dates agreed. Second payment to be made in advance of the Sessions in one lump sum on week four (4) following the signing of this contract. Payment to be completed for all sessions before any new or renewal contract may be signed. Trainer accepts cash, BACS Transfer or cheque only. It is client's responsibility CLIENT'S RESPONSIBILITY to pay his/her bill.

 

Cancellation:  If a training session is cancelled by the Client with less than seventy two (72) hours’ notice half payment, for the training session, will be forfeited, if less than forty eight (48) hours’ notice is given full payment, for the training session, will be forfeited.

 

Communication: Please maintain communication with your trainer as much as possible and make sure they are aware of any lifestyle or physical changes.
